The 1st Macau Kagyu Monlam

With His Holiness's Karmapa blessing, Karma Shinay Ling had the honor to held the Kagyu Monlam in Macau for the very first time.The Kagyu Monlam Macau was held on the 25th Feb 2011 to 27th Feb 2011 at Fisherman's Wharf Convention and Exhibition Centre room 1 & 2.

With the presents of Zurmang Drukpa Rinpoche,Tulku Dumcho,Tulku Pasang, Thig Chok Rinpoche and Khenpo Jurgme Tsltrim Rinpoche leading the prayers with 60 lamas.
With Lama Chodrak , Lama Dawa, Lama Tenzin and Khenpo Kunga's instruction and support, to make the 1st Kagyu Monlam Macau more auspicious and benefit all sentient being. During the 3 days we had teachings from Zurmang Drukpa Rinpoche, Tuklu Dumcho and Vernable Sik Yuen Kwing to guide us to achieve enlightment.

Thanks to the great effort of Ani Chokyi, the director of Karma Shinay Ling, and the group of volunteers, the Monlam has concluded successfully. The first Kaygu Monlam Macau had nearly 200 participants, with their request, the 2nd Kagyu Monlam Macau will be held in Feb 3rd - 5th, 2012 by Karma Shinay Ling and taking place at the same venue.
